تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر شکاف انگیزشی دانشآموزان در مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی با رویکرد عدالت آموزشی

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر شکلگیری و تداوم شکاف انگیزشی دانشآموزان در مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی شهر تهران با تأکید بر ابعاد عدالت آموزشی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۲۴ نفر از دانشآموزان، معلمان، مشاوران و مدیران مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی شهر تهران بودند که با نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت اصل حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. مصاحبهها پس از ضبط، پیادهسازی و چندبارخوانی، در نرمافزار NVivo کدگذاری شدند. تحلیل دادهها بر اساس مراحل آشنایی با دادهها، تولید کدهای اولیه، جستوجوی مضامین، بازبینی مضامین، نامگذاری مضامین و تدوین گزارش نهایی انجام گرفت. برای افزایش اعتبار پژوهش از بازبینی مشارکتکنندگان، بررسی همتایان، یادداشتبرداری تحلیلی و ثبت مسیر تصمیمگیری پژوهش استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج چهار مضمون اصلی منجر شد: نابرابری منابع و فرصتهای یادگیری، ادراک عدالت یا بیعدالتی مدرسهای، سرمایه فرهنگی ـ خانوادگی و افق آینده تحصیلی، و کیفیت حمایت انگیزشی معلم و فرهنگ مدرسه. یافتهها نشان داد شکاف انگیزشی صرفاً ناشی از تفاوت فردی دانشآموزان نیست، بلکه در پیوند با تفاوت در کیفیت امکانات آموزشی، انتظارات خانواده، رابطه معلم ـ دانشآموز، دسترسی به مشاوره تحصیلی، امنیت روانی کلاس، فرصت مشارکت، و تجربه مقایسه اجتماعی میان مدارس دولتی و غیردولتی شکل میگیرد. شکاف انگیزشی دانشآموزان پدیدهای چندبعدی و ساختاری است که در سطح فردی، خانوادگی، مدرسهای و سیاستی بازتولید میشود. کاهش این شکاف مستلزم حرکت از نگاه صرفاً عملکردمحور به رویکرد عدالت آموزشی، توزیع عادلانه منابع، تقویت حمایت روانی ـ آموزشی، توانمندسازی معلمان، و طراحی سیاستهایی برای کاهش جداسازی طبقاتی در تجربه مدرسه است.
