Designing an Intervention Framework to Reduce Students’ Academic Procrastination Based on Emotion Regulation, Goal Setting, and Time Management

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی چارچوب مداخله‌ای مدرسه‌محور برای کاهش تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان بر اساس مؤلفه‌های تنظیم هیجان، هدف‌گذاری تحصیلی و مدیریت زمان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 20 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه، معلمان و مشاوران مدارس شهر تهران بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ اشباع در مصاحبه هفدهم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از کفایت داده‌ها انجام گرفت. داده‌ها پس از پیاده‌سازی، چندین بار بازخوانی شدند و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo در سه سطح کدگذاری اولیه، سازمان‌دهی مضامین و استخراج مقوله‌های اصلی تحلیل شدند. برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها از بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان، بررسی همکار پژوهشی، ثبت مسیر تحلیل و نقل‌قول‌های مستقیم استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج چهار مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «چرخه هیجان منفی و اجتناب تحصیلی»، «ابهام هدف و ضعف جهت‌مندی انگیزشی»، «آشفتگی زمانی و ناتوانی در سازمان‌دهی تکلیف» و «الزامات چارچوب مداخله‌ای مدرسه‌محور». یافته‌ها نشان داد که تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی صرفاً ناشی از ضعف اراده یا کمبود تلاش نیست، بلکه در پیوند با اضطراب تکلیف، ترس از شکست، ناتوانی در تبدیل اهداف کلی به اهداف اجرایی، ضعف اولویت‌بندی، استفاده ناکارآمد از زمان و نبود حمایت ساختاری در محیط مدرسه شکل می‌گیرد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، چارچوب پیشنهادی شامل آموزش تنظیم هیجان، بازسازی اهداف تحصیلی، طراحی برنامه زمانی خردشده، پایش پیشرفت، بازخورد حمایتی و مشارکت خانواده و مدرسه است. کاهش تعلل‌ورزی تحصیلی نیازمند مداخله‌ای چندبعدی است که هم‌زمان بر هیجان‌های بازدارنده، هدف‌های مبهم و رفتارهای ناکارآمد مدیریت زمان تمرکز کند. چارچوب پیشنهادی می‌تواند مبنایی برای طراحی بسته‌های مداخله‌ای مدرسه‌محور، برنامه‌های مشاوره تحصیلی و آموزش مهارت‌های خودتنظیمی در مدارس باشد.
