تحلیل تجربه زیسته دانشآموزان از احساس تعلق به مدرسه و نقش آن در شکلگیری هویت تحصیلی و اجتماعی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل تجربه زیسته دانشآموزان از احساس تعلق به مدرسه و تبیین نقش این تجربه در شکلگیری هویت تحصیلی و اجتماعی آنان انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۲۲ دانشآموز دوره متوسطه اول و دوم شهر تهران بودند که با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت تنوع جنسیتی، پایه تحصیلی، نوع مدرسه و وضعیت تحصیلی انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ بهگونهای که پس از مصاحبه بیستم، داده جدید معناداری حاصل نشد و دو مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از اشباع انجام گرفت. مصاحبهها پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه، ضبط، پیادهسازی و با استفاده از نرمافزار NVivo تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها بر اساس تحلیل مضمون و طی مراحل آشنایی با دادهها، کدگذاری اولیه، استخراج مضامین، بازبینی، نامگذاری و تفسیر مضامین انجام شد. تحلیل دادهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «مدرسه بهمثابه فضای پذیرش و امنیت روانی»، «روابط معلم ـ دانشآموز و همسالان بهعنوان کانون تعلق»، «تعلق مدرسهای و بازتعریف هویت تحصیلی»، «مشارکت، دیدهشدن و شکلگیری هویت اجتماعی» و «گسست تعلق و تجربه طرد، مقایسه و بیصدایی». یافتهها نشان داد که احساس تعلق به مدرسه صرفاً یک تجربه عاطفی گذرا نیست، بلکه سازوکاری هویتی است که از طریق تجربه پذیرش، احترام، امکان مشارکت، بازخورد حمایتی، روابط معنادار و احساس اثرگذاری در محیط مدرسه شکل میگیرد. دانشآموزانی که خود را عضو ارزشمند مدرسه میدانستند، هویت تحصیلی منسجمتر، انگیزش پایدارتر، خودباوری آموزشی بالاتر و مشارکت اجتماعی فعالتری را گزارش کردند. احساس تعلق به مدرسه نقشی بنیادین در پیوند میان تجربه روزمره دانشآموزان، ادراک آنان از خود بهعنوان یادگیرنده و شکلگیری جایگاه اجتماعی آنان در مدرسه دارد. تقویت روابط حمایتی، کاهش تجربه طرد و مقایسه، افزایش مشارکت دانشآموزان در تصمیمهای مدرسه و ایجاد فضای امن روانی میتواند به تحکیم هویت تحصیلی و اجتماعی دانشآموزان کمک کند
