طراحی مدل یکپارچه ارتقای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان بر اساس ذهن‌آگاهی مدرسه‌محور، تعلق به مدرسه و کیفیت روابط همسالان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل یکپارچه‌ای برای ارتقای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان بر اساس تجربه زیسته آنان از ذهن‌آگاهی مدرسه‌محور، احساس تعلق به مدرسه و کیفیت روابط همسالان بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 24 دانش‌آموز دوره متوسطه شهر تهران بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رعایت حداکثر تنوع از نظر جنسیت، پایه تحصیلی و نوع مدرسه انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. مصاحبه‌ها پس از کسب رضایت آگاهانه ضبط، پیاده‌سازی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج چهار مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «خودتنظیمی آگاهانه و مدیریت هیجان در بافت مدرسه»، «تعلق به مدرسه به‌مثابه تجربه دیده‌شدن و امنیت روان‌شناختی»، «کیفیت روابط همسالان و شکل‌گیری حمایت عاطفی ـ اجتماعی» و «هم‌افزایی فردی ـ رابطه‌ای ـ مدرسه‌ای در ارتقای بهزیستی». یافته‌ها نشان دادند که ذهن‌آگاهی هنگامی در بهزیستی دانش‌آموزان مؤثرتر می‌شود که صرفاً به تمرین‌های فردی محدود نماند، بلکه در فضای کلاس، تعامل معلم ـ دانش‌آموز، هنجارهای همسالان، حل تعارض، مشارکت مدرسه‌ای و فرهنگ پذیرش ادغام شود. مدل نهایی نشان می‌دهد که بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان محصول تعامل میان مهارت‌های درون‌فردی، احساس تعلق نهادی و کیفیت روابط افقی میان همسالان است. بنابراین، مداخلات مدرسه‌ای باید ذهن‌آگاهی را با برنامه‌های تقویت تعلق، حمایت همسالان، گفت‌وگوی همدلانه و سیاست‌های مدرسه‌محور سلامت روان ترکیب کنند
