بررسی نقش کیفیت ارتباط معلم ـ دانش‌آموز در پیش‌بینی انگیزش تحصیلی، عزت‌نفس و درگیری شناختی دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش کیفیت ارتباط معلم ـ دانش‌آموز در شکل‌دهی به انگیزش تحصیلی، عزت‌نفس و درگیری شناختی دانش‌آموزان دوره متوسطه شهر تهران بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 24 دانش‌آموز دوره متوسطه شهر تهران بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و با رعایت اصل تنوع در جنسیت، پایه تحصیلی، نوع مدرسه و تجربه ارتباط با معلمان انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند نمونه‌گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ به‌گونه‌ای که اشباع اولیه در مصاحبه بیست‌ویکم و اشباع نهایی پس از سه مصاحبه تکمیلی تأیید شد. مصاحبه‌ها پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه ضبط، پیاده‌سازی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo تحلیل شدند. برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها از بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان، مرور همتایان، کدگذاری مجدد و نگهداری مسیر حسابرسی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی انجامید: «امنیت عاطفی و احساس دیده‌شدن»، «حمایت انگیزشی و درونی‌سازی ارزش یادگیری»، «تقویت عزت‌نفس از مسیر احترام و بازخورد سازنده»، «فعال‌سازی درگیری شناختی از طریق گفت‌وگوی آموزشی و چالش فکری» و «آسیب‌های ارتباطی و عقب‌نشینی تحصیلی». یافته‌ها نشان داد دانش‌آموزانی که رابطه خود با معلم را مبتنی بر احترام، عدالت، پاسخ‌گویی، حمایت و امکان بیان نظر تجربه می‌کردند، انگیزش پایدارتر، خودارزشمندی تحصیلی بیشتر و مشارکت شناختی عمیق‌تری در یادگیری داشتند. در مقابل، تحقیر، مقایسه، بی‌توجهی و ارتباط سرد با کاهش انگیزش، تردید نسبت به توانایی فردی و اجتناب از مشارکت همراه بود. کیفیت ارتباط معلم ـ دانش‌آموز صرفاً یک متغیر عاطفی حاشیه‌ای نیست، بلکه به‌عنوان یک بستر روان‌شناختی و آموزشی می‌تواند مسیر انگیزش، عزت‌نفس و درگیری شناختی دانش‌آموزان را جهت دهد. نتایج بر ضرورت آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی، بازخورد حمایتی و مدیریت رابطه در برنامه‌های توانمندسازی معلمان تأکید دارد.
