مدلیابی ساختاری رابطه بین سرمایه روانشناختی، انگیزش درونی و شکوفایی تحصیلی دانشآموزان در دوره متوسطه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل کیفی رابطه بین سرمایه روانشناختی، انگیزش درونی و شکوفایی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه شهر تهران انجام شد. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و طرح پدیدارشناسی تفسیری ـ مدلساز انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل ۲۲ دانشآموز دوره دوم متوسطه شهر تهران بودند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با رعایت حداکثر تنوع از نظر جنسیت، پایه تحصیلی، رشته تحصیلی و نوع مدرسه انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند مصاحبه تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ اشباع در مصاحبه نوزدهم حاصل شد و سه مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از کفایت دادهها انجام گرفت. مصاحبهها ضبط، پیادهسازی و با استفاده از نرمافزار NVivo تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها بر اساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی و مقایسه مستمر انجام شد. تحلیل مصاحبهها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی منجر شد: سرمایه روانشناختی بهمثابه منبع درونی پایداری تحصیلی، انگیزش درونی بهمثابه نیروی خودراهبر یادگیری، شکوفایی تحصیلی بهمثابه پیامد چندبعدی رشد، نقش زمینههای مدرسهای و خانوادگی در تقویت یا تضعیف مسیر رشد، و الگوی فرایندی پیونددهنده سرمایه روانشناختی، انگیزش درونی و شکوفایی تحصیلی. یافتهها نشان دادند دانشآموزانی که امید، خودکارآمدی، تابآوری و خوشبینی بیشتری داشتند، یادگیری را معنادارتر تجربه میکردند، در برابر شکست تحصیلی مقاومتر بودند و انگیزش درونی بیشتری برای ادامه تلاش نشان میدادند. همچنین انگیزش درونی نقش واسطهای مهمی در تبدیل منابع روانشناختی به تجربه شکوفایی تحصیلی داشت. نتایج نشان داد شکوفایی تحصیلی صرفاً حاصل موفقیت آموزشی یا نمره بالا نیست، بلکه نتیجه تعامل پویای منابع روانشناختی، تجربه انگیزش درونی و حمایتهای محیطی است. بر اساس مدل نهایی، سرمایه روانشناختی زیربنای روانی رشد تحصیلی را فراهم میکند، انگیزش درونی این ظرفیت را به درگیری فعال در یادگیری تبدیل میسازد و شکوفایی تحصیلی در قالب احساس معنا، پیشرفت، تعلق، خودارزشمندی و رضایت از مسیر یادگیری آشکار میشود.
