This qualitative study was conducted using thematic analysis. The research population included students, teachers, and school counselors from secondary schools in Tehran, Iran. Participants were selected through purposive sampling with maximum variation. Data were collected exclusively through semi-structured interviews, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. A total of 24 participants, including 18 students, 4 teachers, and 2 school counselors, participated in the study. After obtaining informed consent, interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using NVivo software. Data analysis involved open coding, categorization of initial codes, development of subthemes, and extraction of main categories. To enhance trustworthiness, member checking, peer debriefing, audit trail documentation, and constant comparison were applied. The analysis revealed five main categories through which school culture influenced students’ social skills development: “active participation and student voice,” “mutual respect and preservation of personal dignity,” “collective responsibility and school belonging,” “teacher modeling and fairness in school rules,” and “peer relationships and everyday social learning.” Participants reported that schools providing opportunities for dialogue, shared decision-making, cooperation, acceptance of differences, and group responsibility created richer conditions for practicing communication, empathy, self-control, conflict resolution, and prosocial behavior. The findings suggest that school culture is not merely a hidden organizational characteristic but an active educational context that shapes students’ social skills through daily interactions. Strengthening student participation, institutionalizing respect, fostering collective responsibility, and supporting positive teacher–student and peer relationships can contribute to sustainable social development in schools.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش فرهنگ مدرسه در رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان با تمرکز بر مؤلفه‌های مشارکت، احترام متقابل و مسئولیت جمعی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانش‌آموزان، معلمان و مشاوران مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران بود که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رعایت اصل حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند نمونه‌گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مجموع، ۲۴ نفر شامل ۱۸ دانش‌آموز، ۴ معلم و ۲ مشاور مدرسه در پژوهش مشارکت کردند. مصاحبه‌ها پس از اخذ رضایت آگاهانه ضبط، پیاده‌سازی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس کدگذاری باز، سازمان‌دهی کدها، تشکیل مضمون‌های فرعی و استخراج مقوله‌های اصلی انجام گرفت. برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها از بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان، بررسی همتای پژوهشی، ثبت مسیر تحلیل و مقایسه مستمر داده‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که فرهنگ مدرسه از طریق پنج مقوله اصلی بر رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان اثر می‌گذارد: «مشارکت فعال و شنیده‌شدن صدای دانش‌آموز»، «احترام متقابل و حفظ کرامت فردی»، «مسئولیت جمعی و تعلق به مدرسه»، «الگوسازی معلم و عدالت در قواعد مدرسه» و «کیفیت روابط همسالان و یادگیری اجتماعی روزمره». مشارکت‌کنندگان تأکید کردند که مدرسه‌ای که فرصت گفت‌وگو، تصمیم‌گیری، همکاری، پذیرش تفاوت‌ها و مسئولیت‌پذیری گروهی را فراهم می‌کند، زمینه بیشتری برای تمرین مهارت‌هایی مانند ارتباط مؤثر، همدلی، خودکنترلی، حل تعارض و رفتار یاری‌گرانه ایجاد می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که فرهنگ مدرسه صرفاً یک ویژگی سازمانی پنهان نیست، بلکه بستر تربیتی فعالی است که می‌تواند مهارت‌های اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان را در تعاملات روزمره شکل دهد. تقویت مشارکت دانش‌آموزان، نهادینه‌سازی احترام، ایجاد مسئولیت جمعی و حمایت از روابط مثبت معلم‌ـ‌دانش‌آموز و دانش‌آموز‌ـ‌دانش‌آموز می‌تواند به رشد اجتماعی پایدار در مدارس کمک کند.</p> https://jehds.com/index.php/jehds/article/download/50/47
